As you can imagine meal planning is a particular challenge when feeding so many boys of so many varying sizes and eating habits! I would say that one of the biggest questions we get from friends, family and strangers alike is “how in the world do you feed them all?”. Of course, that question can be phrased so many different ways, but the gist of it is the same.
Now we have the added challenge of having dinner on the table before 5pm Tuesdays through Thursdays to work around sports practices. As if my job wasn’t hard enough LOL! I have been doing this for a while now though and have begun to feel like the meals are getting more difficult to prepare and/or boring! So, needless to say I was extremely grateful when I found out about a terrific website that takes the boring and the stress out of our busy lives!
You may have noticed an addition to our sidebar over the last few days for emealsforyou.com. I visited them earlier this week and I was extremely impressed by all the options they offer! Complete meal planning at the click of a button. You can choose from all sorts of recipes and even complete meals. Add them to your meal plan and you can print out a complete shopping list along with all the recipes you need for the entire week.
The best part though (as if that wasn’t enough) is that each recipe can be tailored to the needs of your family by specifying how many people you are cooking for. This tool is amazing for someone like me who is forever trying to adjust recipes that seem to always serve only 4 people. It can be challenging to adjust the amount of each item I need to make sure I have enough food, so to be able to say I want a meal to serve 8 people and have it tailored to the exact amounts needed is, well, exciting!!!!
I have mentioned many times the absolute importance of planning out your menu for one or two weeks. This saves an unbelievable amount of time, stress and MONEY! You are less likely to eat out or purchase prepared foods if you have a great menu planned.
Guess what . . . they are offering my readers $5 off when you sign up for a subscription to their service!!!! Just enter the code FRGSUP-37 as the “Sponsoring Identifier” when signing up to receive this discount. What a great way to try out this unbelievable service!
So be sure to hop on over to emealsforyou.com today and check out their wonderful features! You won’t be disappointed!!!
