In a little while I’ll be announcing yet another fun contest, but I wanted to announce a great special offer from emealsforyou.com! We let you know last week about this great website and their fabulous meal planning service, so I’m thrilled to let you know that they have offered our readers a very exciting FREEBIE . . .
The first 10 “Frog Blog” readers that sign up for a 6 month subscription using our code (FRGSUP-37) during check out will receive a second 6 month subscription (for yourself or a friend) FREE!!!!! In other words it’s a buy one get one (BOGO) free offer.
You must use the code – FRGSUP-37 during checkout and they will contact you to find out if you want to upgrade your subscription another 6 months for yourself or if you’d like to offer it to a friend as a gift. You also must take advantage of this offer by Friday October 12th – after that the BOGO deal will no longer be available!
Did you know that if you are trying to watch your waistline they have an entire line of recipes just for you and they also offer an entire weekly mealplan that is all inclusive (all meals, snacks, etc)? Their recipe collections offer such categories as: Cooking for the Kids, Cooking on a Budget, Diet Friendly, Easy Recipes I can Cook (for the cooking challenged), and Cooking on the run in addition to the typical meat, salad, appetizer, etc. categories. They even have an entire section dedicated to explaining cooking terms and techniques!
My favorite section is the Quick Meal Planner, where with the click of the mouse I am given an entire meal complete with recipes and shopping list for just the right number of people (even if we plan to have company. So I can choose a meal like”After the Game” and voila I am instantly presented with Chopped Itailan Salad, Angel Hair Pasta with Garlic Shrimp, and Peach Melba Sorbet for dessert! Or how about one of their “Distinctive Dinners”? These are theme dinners and right now they are featuring “French Bistro in under 30 minutes” that includes Baked Garlic, Caesar Salad, Baked French Fries, Steak au Poivre, and Rex’s Tan Buick for dessert (YUM).
If we’re having a typical sports week I can load up my menu planner with lots of quick and easy recipes as well as many crock pot recipes. These are essential to getting everyone fed, staying in our budget and remaining SANE!
