Once again I am facing computer issues. About two months ago I had to replace my power cord which resulted in me being completely offline for 2 weeks. This may not seem like much to some and part of me found it kind of nice, but when you have a couple of new businesses to run as well as an active blog to keep track of it could be potentially devastating.
Well, a week and a half ago another power cord dissolved into nothing and suddenly I found myself in an even worse predicament! With several designs in the works and more requests coming in I was swamped and all my information is on that computer. I mean ALL!
Well, the day has come, Hubby and I had to make a vital decision to get a new computer. This wasn’t in the budget this year, but here we are. I simply want to be able to get back to work and prove to my clients that I’m not a flake. Oh the timing! A couple weeks ago it would have been no big deal, but now . . . ugh!
So hubby will pack up our old computer a little later to take it in and see what they can retrieve from it to save my business. I’m hoping and praying that they can get everything! Then he’ll return with a few answers (I hope) about the old one as well as having a new one ready to go!

Oh how frustrating! Computers have a knack to go out at the wrong time… kind of like the waitress who always approaches just after you’ve taken a bite. I hope they’re able to transfer your files quickly and easily!

Oh Shera, I’m sorry you’re having computer problems. And at such an inopportune time! Good luck with retrieving/saving the important stuff!
And sorry this is late, but happy birthday to your little boys! I hope you had they had a great time.
