Regionz LogoWhen Lisa, the Mompreneur behind Regionz Kidz, contacted me about her shop I was excited to have the opportunity to share it with all of you.  Not only is it a great shop owned by a mom, but you will also find some truly creative, fun and unique products at Regionz Kidz

When I asked Lisa to tell me a little bit about her shop, here’s what she had to say:

I launched my website in Nov of 2007 to fill a void for some fun and funky tees for infants/toddlers. There is really nothing out there like what we offer; 13 hand-drawn designs representing different regionz of the US and multi-cultural boy and girl characters in each of our designs. I have friends of different ethnicities & they complained about how they could never find any trendy designs that represented their kids. So, I kind of played off of that need & created Regionz Kidz.

When I visited the site for the first time I was truly impressed by the diverse and adorable children’s designs available! It is very fun to go through and “build” the perfect shirt for your little one! I asked her to share more about her products with all of you and I was thrilled to get some great details about what they offer!

Our boutique infant clothing line and our designer toddler clothing selection allows moms to find the Regionz Kid that suits their child.  From our 104 designs, to our regional selections and multi-cultural babies, there is something that is sure to fit mom and baby. We have infant and toddler boys’ designs and infant and toddler girls’ designs, along with multi-cultural babies in our prints. We also offer our unique infant and toddler apparel in 4 sizes (0-24 months) and 4 color selections. We can print the customized t-shirt on any of the 4 colors. Our tees for mom come in 3 sizes and match the tees offered in our infant and toddler line. Our tees are pre-Shrunk 100% ringspun cotton, printed using the most up-to-date digital printing processes and will not fade, crack or peel. They have a soft-to-the-touch feel & are printed using water-based, eco-friendly t-shirt printing processes.

Our line of regional books and children’s educational products allow parents to introduce cultural sensitivities, teach children about different regions of the USA and to aid them in learning to read. Regionz Kidz children’s book series features 6 different books for 2 age groups (0-2 years, & 2-3 years) detailing the adventures of the Regionz Kidz as they make their way through different regions of the United States; The Big City, The Farm, The Mountains, The Desert, The Beach & The Cowboy Ranch. Each book is hand-made from start to finish and contains lively custom baby sketches. Straying from the “norm” these books are not your typical hard-bound books, easily destroyed by small hands! These books are laminated and coil bound making them durable and easily used by children ages 0-3, instilling an early appreciation for reading while keeping the pages in-tact.

When I visited the site I was instantly struck by the variety of products offered!  I love the idea of building a shirt to perfectly represent the infant/toddler it is for!  My personal favorite . . . because of all my sons’ love for football I have to say that the little football baby boy is my favorite design!  I also love the idea of building a perfect gift!  How about building a great gift for a new mom that includes matching Momz and Kidz tees and a baby book!
