Oh Shera...it must break your heart. I was teased so much during high school and one of my fears is having my kids experience the same...but God used the bad experiences for so much good. I will pray for your boy.

Wow, Shera that was a sad, but touching story.j I feel bad for your son but through the power of prayer I'm sure he will get through these tough teenage years just fine. The story about your sister and you growing up reminds me of my two daughters. My oldest (ll years) has just a few close friends and has had trouble making and keeping friends in the past. My other daughter (2 years) has a bubbly, energetic personality and other kids are drawn to her. When I was a kid I didn't have a difficult time making friends but as an adult I only have one true friend left from my childhood. All the friends I made in college went their separate ways and I am having a tough time making and keeping friends as an adult. God probably just wants me to spend time with my family instead of friends. That was a beautiful post, Shera. Thank you for sharing.
