It’s been one of those weeks. Fall has arrived in full force and for some reason, even though my mind understands the time change, my body obviously doesn’t.
Blogging is an interesting adventure. Almost every great idea I have for blogging comes to me at a very odd time…usually when I can’t write anything down. Driving the boys around town for their various events – probably the hands down winner for when ideas strike me. Unfortunately I simply cannot write things down at that moment … well, I guess I could, but I’d like to keep my kiddos alive thank you.
In the shower or as I’m cooking are the other two most popular times. Can’t write while I’m in the shower, and it’s a little messy to try to get much writing done while I’m cooking. I’ve started to occasionally record notes while I’m in the middle of doing other things … but even that isn’t always convenient.
The funny thing is that when I sit down at my computer to write a post for you … encouraging, insightful, thought filled or maybe even funny ….. everything goes blank. Historically known as writer’s block, I have come to call it blogger’s block.
Thankfully I’m not the only one to experience this. The trouble with me is that if I can’t present a quality post to all of you, I just don’t post and that’s simply not fair to all of my faithful daily readers! It’s been quite a while since I’ve had a week like this one has been though, so thank you for bearing with me!
I hope that all of you have a blessed and fun filled weekend!!!!

I’m new to blogging and although I’ve always considered writing to my strength, far more than speaking, I have really been struggling. I guess it will get easier with time, I hope.
