Baby Fest has finally arrived and before all of the great reviews, giveaways, discounts and other information starts appearing on the site Monday, I thought you’d like a little information on how to participate and what to expect.

Basically participation will be the same as any other giveaway I offer here at A Frog In My Soup!  You’ll just want to stop by more often .  There will be a couple “Participation” prizes for the event that will offer you an opportunity to participate in Baby Fest on your own blog!

Baby Fest will offer many ways to enter for each prize -

• Leave a comment (as usual)
• Twitter – there will be extra entries for each giveaway you tweet about!  Just include a link to each giveaway with @afroginmysoup in the tweet and then leave an extra comment telling me you did (make sure to mention your twitter name).
• Blog entry – Participate in one of the “themes” for the event by posting about it on your own blog with a link to A Frog In My Soup and that one blog post will make you eligible for yet another entry on ANY giveaway you want to enter.  Just leave another extra comment with the link to your post and you’re entered … again!
• Baby Fest Button on Your Blog – if you place the Baby Fest Button visibly in the sidebar of your blog (putting it in the footer area doesn’t count), this too will earn you another extra entry for any giveaway that you want to enter.  The button and code are in my right sidebar at the top during the event.  You must leave the button up until the event is over – to use this entry, just leave yet another comment on each giveaway you’re interested in saying “I have the button up” (or something like that) with a link to your blog .

I highly recommend subscribing to updates (upper left hand sidebar) so that you know when new things are offered.  I will tell you that for the next two weeks at least one revew and giveaway will be offered pretty much every day (maybe not on Sunday) so you’ll want to check back often!!!

There will be group “projects” to inspire you to let other moms know about your experiences, and lots of great tidbits of information offered by myself (mom of 6) and my sister (mom of 3 and pregnant with #4), so the idea is to get the word out!!!!  Let other moms know about it.  There are a couple of prizes that are for “all moms” and are not just for moms who are expecting or have babies, so I guess you could say we have something for everyone!

I am very excited about the great lineup of products, companies and information we have to share with you and hope that you are blessed, encouraged and informed by this FUN event!
