I am expecting twins and have all these pregancy and parenting magazines. We all have torn pages out to save but I bought some inexpensive tabs and binders to organize the articles by child’s age and subject.

I have tons of post-it notes & scraps of paper with information on it all over the place but I try to combine them all into one notebook when I have the time.
Having an organizer/planner is very helpful fro keeping track of appts & other important events.
I have a dayplanner I keep with me to keep track of appts and activities for the kids.

oh I love Mabel’s labels! How to stay organized? I have a large wall calendar that I write everything on.
Tarasviews last blog post..Say It Forward
I always have a pretty notebook to keep lists of “things” in. Also, get your house organized before baby. After baby, there just isn’t a chance!
i keep a neat and organized nursery
i organize by setting up the room first off.i make sure ihave everything. ive even bought 1-3 year old clothes for down the road.
I would love these for my preschool classroom
ok love the calendar and we have a 3 month rotating wipe off- well its three calendars and are wipe off so we always see 3 months ahead- everyone writes their appts and needs on it and its big and stands out for all to see..
magazines- we will look and keep in a folder articles but they also pile up- I have a friend who scans and donates the magazine- thats the way to go- less pile up
I love, love, love Mabel’s Labels. I am a labeling fiend. If my husband would let me I would label everything & they have labels for everything!
I stay organized with my boys by putting an index card, laminated, in each diaper baby (we need 3) with all the items that need to be in that bag. That way when we get ready to go somewhere, we look at the card & make sure it is all there! I don’t have to hear, “Honey, what to you want packed in this bag?” ever again.

LOTS of freezer meals helped me stay on top of things!
Use a to do list to stay organized and stay on top of things
Staying organized is a daily thing. Just try to keep everything in it’s place (is that really possible?)
Always handy when you have three school age children.

Arrange all the baby clothes in size order in the closet, and have baskets with the essentials for changing within reach of the changing table.
Count me in
As a Mom of a few I will say get the first few months of clothes out and the next few sizes ready to go stored in large plastic tubs. Rotate out (put small stuff in tubs for storage for the next baby) while the baby is napping and get rid of anything stained or worn out. When you have more than one it gets more and more complicated to stay organized, hire someone to some in and watch your kids for and hour or two if necessary so you can get on top of clutter.
Get as much done as you can before the baby comes then enjoy them and don’t worry about the house.

Declutter your house as much as you can before the baby arrives.

Unpack and put away what you can before baby arrives – you’ll find you need to move some of it anyway as you figure out what works, but it’s still preferable to piles of boxes and unwashed blankies and burp cloths!

I kept everything in a notebook that had to be done so that I could keep it all organized.
Put all the nice gifts in size categories so you don’t inadvertently miss something and the poor child grows out of it before they even wear it.
Try and organize things to be as close to where you need them as possible to save steps. Rest when baby rests so you have the energy to stay on top of things.
I would purge and de clutter the house as much as possible to allow room for all the baby stuff. Separate clothing items in separate bins for bigger sizes.

My favorite organizational item was a baby food jar holder…that way you can see what you have and what you need when you go out. Thanks for the chance, justicecw@hotmail.com
Buy less! Figure out how much you REALLY need–all those gadgets and cute outfits are tempting, but you just wind up with more stuff piled up.
keep everything in a planner
Have everything washed and ready to go and have plenty of diapers stocked up
I write lots of lists, so that I don’t forgt anything.
I used the dish buckets you can find at local discount stores (by the dish washing supplie), to use as orginizers all around the house. One is a baby changing station in my living room, others hold essentials on our changing table like: burb clothes, lap pads, swaddling blankets, etc. That way everything is right where I need it and so easy to find, even the hubby knows where to get stuff.
The labels would be great to have – I just go with the flow – no set way to get organized and it all seems to work out!
These labels are really cool!
I’m already a mom and I was no where Near organized or ready… We moved the Day she came home from the hospital! It was very tough and difficult. So I’m no help, But I’d love to be organized now, I’d love to win these. Thanks for the giveaway!
I am a mom of four kids…my suggestion to get organized:
1. Tour the local grocery and department stores to become familiar with all the products avaiable: diapers, creams, formula, gadgets etc.
2. Talk to the sales people, friends, other parents and / or research the Internet to find out their purpose. ASK QUESTIONS what works…you will save hours and a lot of money.
For me…get organized by researching what products work and are available to new moms!
I love labels. I need all the help I can get to stay organized.
I follow you on Twitter and Tweeted giveaway.

organize anad declutter before the baby arrives!!!
dont be afraid to ask for help from family and try to get things in order before baby arrives because you probably wont have the time after
To keep things organized, we really made an effort to take things one step at a time and start purchasing items that we were going to need long before the baby’s due date. This allowed us to have everything set up and in order before ny son was born which really relieved a lot of stress!
I have tons of post-it notes & scraps of paper with information on it all over the place.
I have planners daily, weekly and monthly.
Got 4 rugrats!
Secrect is to do all the child proofing & organizing before the child is born.
You will not have much time afterwards.
Get rid of candles & use only flameless Check ever inch of your home for dafety hazards.
banquet meals and tv dinners come in handy:)
This would be great for getting organized
Great contest! I’m not a mom yet so I’m very interested in hearing everyone’s suggestions for staying/getting organized before baby arrives.
I love how mabel’s labels never let grandma confuse bottles with other little ones
My suggestion is to start organizing early. I decided to wait until the third trimester then ended up on bed rest and couldn’t do everything I had planned.
To get ready for a baby, I made sure that the nursery was in order and I made lists for everything you can imagine.

Most baby magazines or online have check lists that you can print out with timelines. I wouldn’t wait until the last 3 months. I have found that just before the baby is scheduled to arrive, you get this urge to clean everything and move furniture around. (Nesting)My babies usually came the next day. I’m not saying that I never cleaned my house. lol Thanks.
