Wonder Why We Call Him Monkey?

The other day I told you we moved the Twinkies into their own big boy bed … if you ever wondered why we call this little boy Monkey, this picture should answer that question for you.

To be completely fair though, the nickname originally began when he was just a newborn.  His eyes were perfectly round and big in his little face, and he looked like a baby monkey.

Anyway … as if that wasn’t bad enough, he lured his twin brother into the whole use-the-bed-as-monkey-bars idea.

   I can completely relate. My 18 month old climbed on TOP of her brother’s bunkbed the other day. My kiddos are definitely little monkeys, too!
