Yoplait is the best yogurt there is, hands down. It tastes amazing and it’s great for you. Whenever I’m in the mood for a snack but want to stay healthy I eat plain vanilla yogurt and put fresh fruit in it. It’s delicious and healthy!

My kids are yogurt fans but we have never tried this one. We eat a lot of drinkable yogurts, fresh cut carrots, and apples.

My tip is to drink lots and lots of water!! Cut out the sodas!!
Eat little or no fried foods and cut meals down to more frequent small meals opposed to 3 big meals
Eat wholegrains…(not processed)
I’ve gotten into the habit of making a batch of ‘baked rice’. After it is baked, either use it then or put it in the fridge & it is ready for when you need it…quick to toss in a recipe or microwave it to go with a meal. You can do 2 batches in the oven at 1 time….use two 9 x 13 pans/side by side. We usually get this used up in a few days but I’ve read you can freeze it.
lots of fresh fruits and veggies are the best

My family has a fresh fruit smoothie (made with yogurt, milk, and fruit) every weekday morning for breakfast along with a cheese stick or hardboiled egg for protein, it’s delicious and nutritious!!!
