One of the simplest ways to start going green is to start using your own reusable grocery totes instead of the plastic grocery bags they offer in the store. I’ll admit that this is one of the areas that I have not been as good about (sigh!).
Let’s face it, the store bags aren’t very fun typically and many of the reuseable bags offered out there are a nylon like material that just seems awfully flimsy for my hefty groceries!
