I wish I did something better to get my mornings off to a good start! I rarely have time to fix myself some breakfast. I’m doing good to get food into the kids’ bellies! That needs to be my mid-year resolution, I think.

I lay out all the kids’ clothing and any paperwork the night before so we’re not all in a rush the next day to find our stuff or find something to wear. Thanks.

We’re actually pretty good in the mornings. We prep everything–and I mean everything–the night before. Clothes, socks, underwear, lunches, backpacks, what’s-for-breakfast, etc. There are NO changes allowed in the AM, and the TV goes on when everything necessary is finished. Works pretty well!
There really isn’t anything for us to do. I’m a stay-at-home mother who homeschools our children. So, everything is just played by ear.

Orange Juice is my weapon for achievement. I drink it every morning, and by the end of (almost) every day, I’ve achieved something. Perhaps it was a clean house, perhaps it was a finished project at work. Perhaps Honey Kix could add to that routine.
I start my day by saying hi to my boyfriend, letting the dogs out, and eating a bowl of cereal.
The first thing that I do in the morning to get a good start is have a nice cup of Tazo Chai tea!
