Million Moms Challenge

I would love to see a world where every baby is born healthy and into a home that can nurture and care for them in a way that keeps them healthy and thriving. I know this is wishful thinking, and that to think this could truly happen definitely doesn’t seem realistic, but the thought is there nonetheless.

Several months ago I joined the Million Moms Challenge because it is an organization that does just that, support the idea of creating healthier babies worldwide. Their whole purpose is to help moms and their children survive and thrive.

They have lots of information on health and issues parents face from pregnancy through childhood. It’s about becoming aware of ways to make yourself and your children healthier as well as addressing little known issues and just offering support to moms.

Please join me in joining MillionMomsChallenge.org by sharing your story (check out more stories here), taking the challengedonating to the cause,  joining the community, or even following them/liking them on Facebook.
