Minted Giveaway

Minted has always been my go to source for beautiful, high quality paper products.  I’ve used Minted for holiday cards, invitations, business cards, mommy calling cards, and stationary, and have always been extremely happy with the quality of the paper, the wide selection of gorgeous designs, and the customer service.

Recently, I was offered the chance to try out some of Minted’s new line of baby and kid’s products and I jumped at the chance!  Even though I currently don’t have a need for them, I found so many beautiful Minted birth announcements and baby shower invitations, that I have to admit, I was kind of getting baby fever again!  This announcement, the Heirloom Bloom Birth Announcement is definitely one of my favorites, but if I had another boy I think I’d go with the Bear Book Birth Announcement.

In addition to the baby shower invitations and birth announcements, they also have really beautiful birthday party invitations, and with my little bean’s 2nd birthday right around the corner, I spent quite a bit of time checking those out as well!  I fell in love with the Fairy Children’s Birthday Invite, but it is personalized right now for a 3rd birthday.  The great thing about Minted is that all you have to do is leave a note for the designers when you are personalizing your product, and they will go ahead and make it just the way you want it!  They even send you a digital proof before printing your order to make sure that it is exactly how you imagined! 

If you like the lavender background, but want the brunette fairy, that’s possible too!  Just leave a note!  Possibly my favorite thing that Minted offers is the option to have pearlescent paper.  The results are absolutely gorgeous!  Your paper will have the slightest shimmer to it, an almost irredecent glaze, and it makes the already high quality paper look even more stunning!

Because I wasn’t sure exactly when or where Bean’s party was going to be, I decided to wait on the invites, and instead got myself some really beautiful new “mommy” cards with my fabulous new job title (here at AFIMS!) and even the AFIMS logo!  Of course, I chose the pearlescent paper, and although you can’t see it in the image - they came out perfectly shimmery!  These are the Matroshkas Business Cards.

I also ordered some adorable stationary for my son!  He is 4, and has decided that he LOVES getting mail!  He has started writing back and forth with a few of his friends and I thought it would be fun for him to have some personalized notecards to use.  He is a huge super hero fan, so when I so this design, I knew I had to use it!
