Well, I am about 8 weeks in, and still hovering around the 10-12lb weight loss mark. I own that I am having a super hard time balancing social obligation with sticking to the plan, but I am working on it, and I think I am finally getting the hang of it! I am also working on stepping up my activity level and my water intake, and I have high hopes for next week’s weight loss. My goal is to feel comfortable being in shorts and tank tops when my family hits FL in May, and I know that with Nutrisystem I can do it!!
To help me keep moving forward with my goals, I am starting to use the Nutrisystem iPhone App. (It’s pretty amazing how keeping track of what you are eating/drinking/doing can make you feel extra motivated and accountable!)
The fabulous looking Fudge Graham bar (below) has made my lunch choices so much easier! How fabulous is it to throw a yummy, easy to eat, treat in your bag that you can seriously eat anywhere! No more silly snacking because I’m starving at the bank, the grocery store, while teaching, etc. Now I can have one of these and feel full and satisfied! I am soooo glad that I added these to my meal selections this month!!
