I skipped last week, so here’s this week’s menu:
Monday – Pork Roast in Crock Pot (made into tacos)
Tuesday – Spaghetti & Meatballs
Wednesday – Steak & Potatoes
Thursday – Shrimp, Veggies and Pasta
Friday – Out
Saturday – Creamy Chicken (Crock Pot)
Sunday – Easter!
This week’s meals are a little unusual and based on some of the cuts of meat we were able to purchase in bulk from a local butcher – saved us a bundle! So, since I’m used to cooking only with cheap cuts of meat I am actually having a really tough time coming up with great meals with such great meats – go figure!
