Wow, it seems like weeks are flying right now, something I never like!!! It is Monday again and I have a list a mile long to accomplish today. I feel drowsy and not very motivated though, so we’ll see how much I actually accomplish.
I do have a menu for the week though! So here it is:
- Monday – Creamy Chicken in the crockpot (w/mashed potatoes and veggies)
- Tuesday – Spaghetti (garlic bread and salad)
- Wednesday – Pot Roast (crockpot w/veggies)
- Thursday – BBQ Pork and Beef spareribs (w/potato soup, watermelon, veggies and salad)
- Friday – Hamburgers (salad, veggies, homemade fries)
- Saturday – BBQ chicken (potato salad, fruit)
- Sunday – Stroganoff (salad, bread, veggies)
So now I’m off to diffuse a messy house and try to get the week off to a great start!
